A Stepping Stone Guide To Life, is something I work with, and have been working with for many years now, and would like to share it with you, in a fresh new way.
It has helped so many people, over so many years.
It mixes good guidance, along with good food.
I am a 'Life Coach' as it were, and have been a 'Therapist' for many thousands of people, giving guidance messages and overall healthy lifestyle changes, gently introduced.
This groups wish is to slowly introduce overall wellbeing.
It is important that we look at the whole, to make changes, though, we can also look at just one thing also, to aid with any healing.
